Kapishya Hot Springs at Dawn

Monday morning Tom was up about a half hour before me and photographed the river from our chalet:

I ventured out about 20 minutes later and took these:

I also managed to find a bog that sucked in my foot, thoroughly soaking one shoe with mud.  All that was going through my mind was attempting to find stable ground.  When I told Tom, he said he found the same place earlier, but how his sandals on.  I think I'm glad I had shoes, even though it meant washing and trying to dry them in the sun.

And finally, here is my favorite, final picture.  It is amazing at how quickly morning jumps from dark to light in this part of the world.
